- 1no Vanilla Sponge 8”
- 150ml Sugar syrup
- 100g Rich’s Strawberry Nufill
- Food Grade Edible Colour Sprinkler (Pink)
- 450g Rich’s Bettercreme
- Whip Rich’s Bettercreme until peak consistency
- Cut vanilla sponge in 3 equal layers. Soak each layer with sugar syrup
- Chop strawberry nufill
- Apply Rich’s Bettercreme and sprinkle strawberry nufill between each layer of sponge
- Finish cake with very light coating of Rich’s Bettercreme
- Divide remaining Rich’s Bettercreme in 4 equal parts & add pink colour from dark to light in 3 parts of Rich’s Bettercreme.
- Fill Rich’s Bettercreme in 4 piping bag respectively
- Pipe out dollop & finishing with palate knife for effect & cover entire cake
