  1. 1no Vanilla Sponge 8”
  2. 150ml Sugar syrup
  3. 100g Rich’s Strawberry Nufill
  4. Food Grade Edible Colour Sprinkler (Pink)
  5. 450g Rich’s Bettercreme
  1. Whip Rich’s Bettercreme until peak consistency
  2. Cut vanilla sponge in 3 equal layers. Soak each layer with sugar syrup
  3. Chop strawberry nufill
  4. Apply Rich’s Bettercreme and sprinkle strawberry nufill between each layer of sponge
  5. Finish cake with very light coating of Rich’s Bettercreme
  6. Divide remaining Rich’s Bettercreme in 4 equal parts & add pink colour from dark to light in 3 parts of Rich’s Bettercreme.
  7. Fill Rich’s Bettercreme in 4 piping bag respectively
  8. Pipe out dollop & finishing with palate knife for effect & cover entire cake
