  1. 100gm Brownie piece
  2. 50gm Brownie cubes
  3. 40gm Whipped Rich’s New Niagara Farms
  4. 70ml Rich’s New Niagara Farms
  5. 100ml Milk
  6. 60g Ice
  7. 15gm Sugar
  8. 50gm Dark Truffle for garnish
  1. Coat the rim of a glass with truffle and apply some truffle inside also.
  2. Take all ingredients in a blender jar except whipped Rich’s New Niagara Farms and brownie piece.
  3. Blend until done
  4. Pour in a serving glass
  5. Place brownie piece on top
  6. Garnish and serve cold
