For Dark Chocolate Mousse

  • 125g Rich’s Chocolate Bettercreme
  • 30g Dark Chocolate

 

For White Chocolate Mousse

  • 150g Rich’s Bettercreme
  • 10g Kafirlime
  • 150g White Chocolate
  • 1g Gelatin

 

For Milk Chocolate Mousse

  • 150g Rich’s Chocolate Bettercreme
  • 150g Milk Chocolate

Dark Chocolate Mousse

  • Whip Rich’s Chocolate Bettercreme and add melted dark chocolate
  • Keep reserved

 

White Chocolate Mousse

  • Boil Rich’s bettercreme add kafirlime and continue to boil
  • Pour the mixture over white chocolate
  • Stir until chocolate melts & strain
  • Soak gelatin in water, dissolve & add to the mixture
  • Keep reserved

 

Milk Chocolate Mousse

  • Whip Rich’s Chocolate Bettercreme and add melted dark chocolate
  • Keep reserved

 

Assembling

  • Pour White Chocolate mixture in shot glass till 1/2. Place glass in refrigerator & allow mousse to set
  • Pour Milk Chocolate mousse on top if white chocolate until it reaches ¾
  • Refrigerate & then pour dark chocolate till top
  • Set in refrigerator & serve cold
