  • 560g Philadelphia cheese
  • 1g Vanilla pod
  • 160g Sugar
  • 140g Milk
  • 10nos Gelatin sheet
  • 450g Rich’s Niagara Farm Gold

 

For Cocoa Spray

  • 100g Dark Chocolate
  • 100g Cocoa butter

For Cocoa Spray

  • Melt cocoa butter & add dark chocolate
  • Pour cocoa mix in spray machine & reserve for use

 

For Cheese Cake

  • Mix the cheese with the vanilla pod and the sugar
  • Add the milk to the cheese mix little by little; make sure the milk is not hot
  • Then follow by whipped Rich’s Niagara Farm Gold
  • Pour Vanilla cheese cake batter in mould &set for 30 mins in refrigerator & place candied fruits
  • Again pour vanilla cheese cake batter allow 4-5 hours to set in the freezer
  • De- mould & cocoa spray on top of freeze cake
  • Allow thawing, garnish & serve cold
