FEATURED PRODUCTS

  • 10g Yeast
  • 30ml Milk
  • 3.2g Bread improver
  • 300g Flour
  • 10g Sugar
  • 3g Salt
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 80ml Water
  • 30g Butter

 

For Filling

  • 150g Rich’s Bettercreme

  1. Mix all the ingredients except oil in the dough mixing machine
  2. Run the machine in 1st gear till the dough comes together like a ball (.approx. 2 minutes)
  3. Stop and change to second gear and run the machine for 8 minutes
  4. Slowly add oil & mix properly. Remove dough on top of the table
  5. Roll it into required thickness & cut with pizza cutter. Roll around horn mould
  6. Deep fry in oil until a golden brown colour
  7. Roll in castor sugar
  8. Whip Rich’s Bettercreme & fill inside the doughnut horns
  9. Serve cold
