  1. 1no Chocolate Sponge 8”
  2. 180ml Sugar syrup
  3. 120g De-seeded tin cherries
  4. 250g Rich’s Whip Topping Gold
  5. 50g Oreo Biscuit
  6. 100g Dark Chocolate
  1. Whip Rich’s Whip Topping Gold until peak is formed.
  2. Make chocolate fans of dark chocolate
  3. Keep whip topping & chocolate fans in refrigerator for further use
  4. Cut chocolate sponge in 3 equal layers. Soak each layer with sugar syrup
  5. Take 150gm Rich’s Whip Topping Gold & mix chopped cherry and 40g of crushed Oreo biscuit
  6. Apply whip topping between sponge layers & finish cake with remaining whip topping
  7. Cover entire cake with chocolate fans & garnish with cherries & Oreo biscuit
  8. Cut into 8 equal pieces & serve
