- 10 Slices of Bread
- 800ml Rich’s Sweetmate
- 100g Roasted slivered almonds
- 50g Pistachio
- 50g Raisin
- 50g Roasted Chopped Cashewnuts
- 1g Saffron
- 50g Clarified Butter
- 2 Leaf of Silver Varaq
- 200g Reduced Milk (Rabdi)
- Soak raisin in water
- Trim edges of bread and cut triangles
- Boil 100ml of Rich’s Sweetmate with 1g of saffron
- Mix saffron mixture to remaining Rich’s Sweetmate and fold in reduced milk (rabdi)
- Keep inside the refrigerator until further use
- Apply clarified butter on bread slices and bake until golden brown in color
- Place bread slices in serving dish and sprinkle all nuts and soaked raisin
- Pour saffron mate mixture over bread slices
- Keep refrigerated the dish until bread slices are properly soaked
- Place sliver varaq just before serving
