  1. 10 Slices of Bread
  2. 800ml Rich’s Sweetmate
  3. 100g Roasted slivered almonds
  4. 50g Pistachio
  5. 50g Raisin
  6. 50g Roasted Chopped Cashewnuts
  7. 1g Saffron
  8. 50g Clarified Butter
  9. 2 Leaf of Silver Varaq
  10. 200g Reduced Milk (Rabdi)
  1. Soak raisin in water
  2. Trim edges of bread and cut triangles
  3. Boil 100ml of Rich’s Sweetmate with 1g of saffron
  4. Mix saffron mixture to remaining Rich’s Sweetmate and fold in reduced milk (rabdi)
  5. Keep inside the refrigerator until further use
  6. Apply clarified butter on bread slices and bake until golden brown in color
  7. Place bread slices in serving dish and sprinkle all nuts and soaked raisin
  8. Pour saffron mate mixture over bread slices
  9. Keep refrigerated the dish until bread slices are properly soaked
  10. Place sliver varaq just before serving
