  1. 2nos Medium Baked Tart Dish
  2. 2nos Fresh Mangoes
  3. 300g Rich’s Bettercreme
  4. 3ml Tabasco sauce
  5. 100g Rich’s Cremagic
  6. 100g White Chocolate
  7. 50g Rich’s Neutral Nugel
  1. Whip Rich’s Bettercreme until soft peak
  2. Chop 1 mango and cut dices of another one
  3. Mix tabasco sauce to chopped mangoes and keep refrigerated
  4. Boil Rich’s Cremagic, pour over white chocolate and mix until chocolate melts. Allow it to cool until set
  5. Pipe prepared ganache in the tart dish & sprinkle spiced mango mixture
  6. Pipe Rich’s Bettercreme rosette in baked dish
  7. Apply Rich’s Neutral Nugel on mango dices & place it on top
  8. Serve cold
