  • Arrives Frozen, store at -18°C or below.

  • Thaw under refrigeration at 2°C to 7°C for 16 to 24 hours before use.

  • Do not thaw at room temperature.

  • Pour RICH’S Niagara Farms® Gold into a clean, dry mixing bowl. Do not add water.

  • For best results whip at 7°C to 10°C. Whip at medium speed for 8 to 12 minutes until soft peaks form.

  • Do not over whip, if you do, add more RICH’S Niagara Farms® Gold and rewhip until product returns to the recommended soft peak appearance.

  • Unused and unopened packages should be stored frozen.

  • Never refreeze the product once opened.
