India, having corporate identification number U15549PN1994PTC015847 and its registered office at J-177,
MIDC, Bhosari, Pune, Maharashtra – 411026, India, and its affiliates and subsidiaries (hereinafter
collectively referred to as “Rich’s,” “us,” “we,” “our,” or “Company”) have created this Privacy Policy
to apply to all users of this website, www.richs.in and all digital
assets contained or offered therein (collectively, our “Services”).  This Privacy Policy describes,
among other things, the types of information we collect from users when you use our Services, how we use
it, and how you can exercise certain rights related to your Information.

(“Terms & Conditions”).  By using the Services and providing us with your Information (defined

Services.  We are not responsible for the privacy and

B. WhatsApp.  If you share your phone
number with us and consent to receive communications, we will share our latest updates, information, and
promotional materials with you through WhatsApp, SMS, and phone calls.  If at any time you want to
stop receiving these communications from us, you may do so by replying to a chat with the keyword STOP,
UNSUBSCRIBE, or BLOCK within the App. 

C. Location Choices.  You can change
the privacy settings of your device at any time to turn off the sharing of location information with our

Our Services collect Information and processes and stores that Information in
databases located in San Francisco, California in the United States of America.  As such, we may
store and process Information on servers located outside of the country where you originally provided
