Pravin Bambal brings nearly 24 years of experience in IT leadership, digital transformation, technology strategy, and business consulting across the FMCG, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and cement industries.

In his role at Rich’s, Pravin leads the IT and digital transformation agenda for India, Turkey, and MENA, partnering with business and WHQ CoE teams to shape technology strategy, strengthen digital capabilities, and drive technology-led transformation that enhances operational efficiency and supports business growth.

Career Highlights

Prior to joining Rich’s, Pravin held technology and transformation leadership roles at Siemens, IBM India, and LafargeHolcim. Across these organizations, he led enterprise IT and digital transformation programs, technology modernization and cloud initiatives, and built Centers of Excellence in areas including Manufacturing Excellence, IoT, and Industry 4.0.

Pravin holds a degree in Instrumentation Engineering from Mumbai University and a management degree from JBIMS, Mumbai. Combining deep technology expertise with strong business acumen, he is focused on advancing Rich’s digital capabilities and leveraging technology and innovation to support the company’s long-term growth ambitions.
