Raj brings over 21 years of diverse experience as a strategic people and culture strategist, having worked across Fortune 500 companies, large family-owned multinationals, and high-growth start-ups. Raj brings his experience in roles across human resources, business strategy and digital transformation to partner with CEOs and leadership teams to drive people strategies that support business growth, turnaround, transformation, M&As and post-merger integration.
His experience covers a wide range of areas including CXO Coaching, CXO hiring , talent management, leadership development, and enabling business and digital transformation. Raj has led regional and global functions, and successfully built and developed inclusive, cross-functional, multicultural teams.
Before joining Rich’s, Raj was the Group CHRO of Innoterra AG and has held leadership roles at Bayer Crop Science, Monsanto and the Saint-Gobain Group. A certified Executive, Hogan, and Leadership Coach, Raj is passionate about helping leaders on their journey as they build thriving, inclusive organizations.
An alumnus of Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM), Pune, Raj has also completed a senior management program from IMD, Switzerland.
