Sunjay brings over 30 years of expertise in Food Safety, Quality Assurance, and environmental management, with a proven track record of building robust, future-ready quality systems across complex, multi-market operations.
With extensive experience spanning India, Japan, Southeast Asia, Korea, Taiwan, and MENA, Sunjay has led end-to-end Quality and Food Safety programs aligned to global standards, regulatory frameworks, and customer expectations. His expertise includes FSQ strategy, regulatory compliance, sanitation excellence, supplier quality, audit systems, risk management, and sustainability initiatives, ensuring consistent quality across the value chain.
Before joining Rich’s, Sunjay spent over 16 years at McCain Foods and his earlier career includes impactful roles with TÜV SÜD and Coca-Cola, focusing on quality systems, audits, and certification excellence.
Sunjay holds a Master’s degree in Analytical Chemistry from the University School of Sciences, Ahmedabad, and has completed a Strategic Leadership Program from XLRI, Jamshedpur.
Outside of work, he enjoys reading, cooking, travelling, and spending time with his family.
