Vaibhav brings 20 years of experience in Research & Development across leading global food and beverage organizations.
In his role at Rich’s, Vaibhav leads the R&D and innovation agenda for India, MENA, and Turkey, shaping future-ready product pipelines aligned to global standards while tailoring solutions to local market needs.
Prior to joining Rich’s, Vaibhav held senior R&D leadership roles at Kerry Ingredients, PepsiCo, Wipro Consumer Care, Kellogg’s, GSK Consumer Healthcare, and Roquette. Across these organizations, he has successfully led innovation for multiple categories, delivered landmark product launches, strengthened productivity programs, and built high-performing R&D teams across geographies.
Vaibhav holds a master’s degree in food engineering & technology from ICT, Mumbai, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from NMIMS, Mumbai. Outside of work, he enjoys reading, playing cricket, and traveling with his family.
