  • Store at -18°C or below

  • Thaw under refrigeration at 2°C to 7°C for 16 to 24 hours before use

  • Do not thaw at room temperature

  • Pour Rich’s Niagara Farms® Gold into a clean, dry mixing bowl. Do not add water

  • For best results whip at 7°C to 10°C. Whip at medium speed for 8 to 12 minutes until soft peaks form

  • Do not over whip, if you do, add more Rich’s Niagara Farms® Gold and rewhip until product returns to the recommended soft peak appearance

  • Unused and unopened packages should be stored frozen

  • Never refreeze the product once opened
