Irish Cold Coffee

Irish Cold Coffee is a smooth and refreshing café-style beverage made with espresso, Irish coffee syrup, and Rich's All-In-One Beverage Mix. Finished with a creamy dollop of Rich's On Top, this chilled coffee drink is perfect for cafés, restaurants, dessert parlours, and summer beverage menus.

  1. 120 gms Rich's All-In-One Beverage Mix
  2. 30 gms Rich's On Top
  3. 30 gms Espresso / 2 gms Coffee Powder
  4. 20 gms Irish Coffee Syrup
  5. 15 gms Sugar
  6. 80 gms Ice
  1. Take a clean blender/mixer.
  2. Add all the ingredients except Rich's On Top into the blender/mixer.
  3. Start the blender/mixer by giving it a pulse (helps in breaking the large ice cubes).
  4. Blend/mix at medium speed for 25–30 seconds or until the mixture is smooth.
  5. Swirl the blender/mixer 2–3 times and then pour the prepared drink into the serving glass till the neck.
  6. Pipe a Rich's On Top dollop over the drink and garnish with chocolate syrup.
