  2. Crush digestive biscuit finely
  3. Add melted butter and mix properly
  4. Line a round stainless-steel baking mold with a biscuit base
  5. Refrigerate for further use
  6. ELEMENT 2: CHEESECAKE
  7. Add Cream cheese and sugar in a mixer with a paddle
  8. Add whole eggs and egg yolks and mix properly
  9. Fold in refined flour until you get a smooth batter without any lumps
  10. Add liquid Rich's Wilber Farms and mix properly
  11. Add melted but cold butter to the cheesecake batter, and fold using a silicon spatula
  12. Pour the prepared batter into lined baking mould
  13. Bake in a water bath at 150° C for 45 mins or until done
  14. Remove baked cheesecake from the oven and keep it aside at room temperature to cool down completely
  15. FOR DECORATING
  16. Take Rich's Wilber Farms in a stainless-steel bowl
  17. Add sugar to Rich's Wilber Farms and whip using a hand whipping machine
  18. Whip until desired consistency is required for application
  19. Fill Rich's Wilber Farms in a piping bag
  20. Pipe dollops on baked cheesecake border
  21. Spread Rich's Nufill Blueberry in the center of the baked cheesecake
  22. Serve cold
