  2. 300 g Rich's Niagara Farms Gold
  3. 150 ml Rich's Sweetmate
  4. 350 g Vanilla sponge
  5. 60 g Mix fruit (chopped)
  7. GARNISHING & DECORATING
  8. 50 g Rich's Nugel Neutral
  9. 20 g Fresh mango wedges
  10. 20 g Fresh dragon fruit cubes
  11. 20 g Fresh kiwi cubes
  12. 20 g Fresh strawberry wedges
  13. 10 g Fresh melon semi sphere
  14. 10 g Fresh fig wedges
  15. 10 g Fresh blueberries
  16. 100 g Finger biscuit
  1. CAKE ASSEMBLING
  2. Take liquid Rich's Niagara Farms Gold in a whipping machine bowl.
  3. Whip until firm peak consistency.
  4. Trim and slice vanilla sponge into layers.
  5. Moisten the sliced sponge layer with Rich's Sweetmate.
  6. Pipe Rich's Niagara Farms Gold over moist sponge and sprinkle chopped mix fruit.
  7. Place the second layer of vanilla sponge & moist with Rich's Sweetmate.
  8. Pipe Rich's Niagara Farms Gold on a sponge & sprinkle chopped mix fruit evenly.
  9. Place the third layer of vanilla sponge.
  10. Moist it with Rich's Sweetmate.
  11. Finish the layered cake with remaining Rich's Niagara Farms Gold.
  12. Keep inside the refrigerator till garnishing & decorating.
  14. GARNISHING & DECORATING
  15. Remove finished cake from the refrigerator.
  16. Put sponge fingers on cake sides evenly.
  17. Apply Rich's Nugel Neutral on all fresh fruits.
  18. Place fresh fruit on top of the cake to decorate.
