Rich’s recently announced its decades-long CEO succession plan. Effective January 1, 2020, Rich’s current CEO Bill Gisel will move into a new role as Executive Vice Chairman, while current President and Chief Operating Officer Richard Ferranti will succeed Gisel as CEO.
